The City of Statesville Recreation and Economic Vitality and the Iredell Arts Council invite you to Art in the Park, our annual celebration of creativity and community!
Art in the Park is designed to showcase the incredible arts offerings found throughout Iredell County while inviting the community to enjoy one of our beautiful local parks.
This family-friendly event brings together live music, local artists, artist demonstrations, food vendors, juried artist row, and creative experiences for all age
s. From discovering original artwork and meeting regional artists to enjoying performances in a scenic outdoor setting, Art in the Park celebrates the creativity, culture, and community that make Iredell County special.

Set beneath the shady trees of Martin Luther King Jr. Park, this vibrant festival showcases local artists and makers, live music, delicious food trucks, local breweries, and fun for the whole family.

Artist Market
Discover original artwork and handmade goods from talented local and regional artists working across a variety of mediums, including painting, ceramics, photography, fiber, jewelry, and more.

Juried Row
Hosted by Mooresville Art Gallery. This will be a curated showcase of original artwork presented in a professional, gallery-style setting within the festival. Selected artists will have their work displayed and judged by a panel.

Chalk Mural artist
Meet Sheree, a Kannapolis-based artist whose work is rooted in connection, bringing people, stories, and communities together through visual expression. Her current focus is on large-scale chalk art and wall murals that invite interaction and spark conversation through art that speaks across all backgrounds. At the heart of her work is the belief that we are all connected.

Live Music & Performances
In addition to Florencia & the Feeling, enjoy a full day of live music and performances featuring Emanuel Wynter and local musicians on the Pond Stage, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere for visitors of all ages.

Feature EntertainmentFlorencia & the Feeling
The highlight of this year’s Art in the Park is Florencia & the Feeling, a dynamic pop-funk band from Johnson City, Tennessee, known for their energetic live shows and joyful, genre-blending sound. The band won the 2024 MerleFest Band Competition and 2025 FloydFest On-The-Rise, delivering upbeat grooves, four-part harmonies, and an engaging performance that promises to be a festival highlight.
