We are thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Celebrating Film in Visual Art Exhibition and Competition, presented in partnership with the Full Bloom Film Festival and Speedball Art.

Film moves us — through story, color, sound, and emotion. Visual art does the same, capturing what can’t always be spoken and transforming feeling into form.
